Irina Negulescu was born in Romania and began drawing from a young age. Negulescu went to Scoala Popolara de Arta, Constanza, Romania and moved to the United States upon graduating. Negulescu graduated with Fine Arts and Design major from SDSU. Negulescu has been featured locally and internationally and was introduced in HGTV’s “Masters of Modern Art.”
