Local health and safety guidelines are changing frequently and Sparks Gallery will adhere to the most current policy at the time of the event.

Please be advised that the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Transmission is most likely when people are in close contact or in a poorly ventilated area with an infected person. Transmission can occur when the infected person has symptoms, is without symptoms, or has not yet developed symptoms. Virus particles can travel more than six feet in indoor spaces and remain suspended in air even after an infected person has left the room.

The Health and Safety of our Patrons and Staff are our top priority.  As such, during this unprecedented time due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, specific protocols have been implemented and will be strictly followed to help reduce the risk of the spread of the disease.  Please be advised before attending that the following expectations will be in place:

1.)    State mandates for mask wearing may be in effect during this event. Gallery staff may advise guests to follow certain protocols, as they may change between your RSVP and the event date.

2.)    Seating for the event will be set up to allow social distancing.

3.)    Sparks Gallery will be following additional protocols, such as face masks for employees, social distancing measures, and cleaning protocols, or other protocols mandated by local polices at the time of the event.

Sparks Gallery has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Sparks Gallery cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending events at Sparks Gallery could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

By entering any facility or gathering  and/or participating in events on the premises, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending an event at Sparks Gallery, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

The risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Sparks Gallery may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of you and others, including, but not limited to, Sparks Gallery employees, event participants and their families.

By entering these premises, you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at Sparks Gallery or participation in events at Sparks Gallery

By entering these premises and participating in Sparks Gallery events, you agree not to sue, and to discharge, and hold harmless Sparks Gallery, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from all claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating your participation in Sparks Gallery events, and understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Sparks Gallery, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any of Sparks Gallery’s events.
