Dali Dinner: Sparks Gallery Three-Year Anniversary

Dali Dinner: Sparks Gallery Three-Year Anniversary

In celebration of the gallery’s three-year anniversary, Sparks Gallery hosted an immersive dining experience with food and art presentations inspired by the culinary explorations of Salvador Dali. The surreal works on view complimented the theme of the event.

Upon entry, guests approached a “raw bar” with fresh shucked oysters, local tuna tiradito, crab legs, smoked prawns, and sampled tray-passed appetizers. The seated dinner featured a four-course meal, beginning with baby beets and burrata, followed by seared scallops for the second course. The third course was a generous smoked potato & mascarpone agnolotti and ribeye, with a winter panna cotta with fresh fruit. Each course was accompanied by a wine pairing selected by the talented sommeliers at The Rose Wine Bar.

Local artist Evgeniya Golik painted a model live during the event.
