We invite you to join us in the gallery on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 11am-7 pm for the Opening of Kelsey Overstreet’s solo show, “The Way We Move”.

By attending, you agree that the below waiver is applicable to your attendance. If you have a vaccination card, please provide it at the time of check in (if requested). Local health and safety guidelines are changing frequently and Sparks Gallery will adhere to the most current policy at the time of the event.

Please be advised that the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Transmission is most likely when people are in close contact or in a poorly ventilated area with an infected person. Transmission can occur when the infected person has symptoms, is without symptoms, or has not yet developed symptoms. Virus particles can travel more than six feet in indoor spaces and remain suspended in air even after an infected person has left the room.

The Health and Safety of our Patrons and Staff are our top priority.  As such, during this unprecedented time due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, specific protocols have been implemented and will be strictly followed to help reduce the risk of the spread of the disease.  Please be advised before attending that the following expectations will be in place:

1.)    Patrons who are vaccinated may opt NOT to wear face coverings while participating in this event at Sparks Gallery. Those who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask, or as per local health and safety guidelines at the time of the event.

2.)    Seating for the event will be set up to allow social distancing.

3.)    Sparks Gallery will be following additional protocols, such as face masks for employees, social distancing measures, and cleaning protocols, or other protocols mandated by local polices at the time of the event.

Sparks Gallery has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Sparks Gallery cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending events at Sparks Gallery could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
