Inspired by a field studies painted on location, “Low Tide Reflection” explores the breathtaking beauty of La Jolla Shores. With the glow of the nearby cliffs as its backdrop, the crisp blue waters of the Pacific Ocean recede to allow a cacophony of rocks and tide pools to emerge in the sand. Far in the distance one may catch a glimpse of the glider port as the shoreline fades into the late afternoon sun.
