George M. Walker, born in Oklahoma on Sept. 6, 1901. Walker was a resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. In 1930 he settled in San Diego, CA. He painted as a hobby and was a long-time pupil of Alfred Mitchell and often accompanied him on painting excursions. Walker died in San Diego on Dec. 3, 1975. Member: Businessmen’s Art Ass’n.
