About the Artist

All of my pieces tell a story, so each one is made up of both the physical painting and the narrative it shares. My purpose as an artist is to immediately transmit a feeling to the viewer — something fun, joyful, and positive. I want the person who observes one of my pieces to feel a pleasant sensation.

I am currently working on the series “Travesuras” (Mischief), which consists of neo-expressionist works created with a palette full of vibrant colors. Through layers of paint, transparencies, glazes, rougher strokes, softer lines, and dripping, I invite the viewer to discover the tiny figures (a signature in my work) hidden within each piece. These are usually children, either as the main characters behind the mischief or as storytellers who reveal the essence of the scene.
