My garden/Gardening is a huge part of my life, it is a place of reflection, observation of the natural environment, and has become a very present and real example of how our actions can affect the lives of others. Gardening is not just planting a few beautiful flowers for yourself to enjoy but instead it is about creating a small eco-system that supports a vast collection of other life outside my own. Petalhead is a love letter to that endeavor. It is also a tribute to nature and all that we are stewards. And even beyond this love letter and tribute, it is reflection on growth. Growth both in the garden as well as growth within a person can be beautiful and hurt. It can stretch us beyond what we are expecting and yet sometimes feel like we are being pulled apart and are barely keeping it together.
