“At first, never really got Pollock when I started studying the art innovators of that time. Eventually it came to me and I understood the movement. While enjoying watching surfers in Ocean Beach a few years ago, I was listening to Miles Davis on Pandora and the combination of the rhythm of the music combined with the waves truly inspired these panels. I used this emotional connection and tried to convey what I experienced that day once I returned to the studio. I hope the viewer can glimpse what I saw as I listened to the music.” – Windsor
